FIRST DENTIST VISIT

Mason and Chase had DENTIST appointments today. Chase went to the Dr. and they said that it looks as though he has a CAVITY. So I called and they got them in. Mason went first and got to sit in the chair.

This is Mason listening very well to what she tells him to do. He was very brave.(when we left the dentist he told me his feet were shaking) The first thing she tells us when she says open your mouth,"Is come see this cavity," it was Huge. It is in the back molar and it has made a hole in his tooth. Then the dentist came and looked at it and she found 2 more. So we have to limit his amount of sweets. He has to get numbed for the upper one but she said that they give them a little laughing gas and they watch a movie and then they squirt it. May 26 is the big day so hopefully he will do good because that time he has to go by himself. Chase got looked at on my lap for the tooth that the Dr. told us to call for, and sure enough it is a Cavity but we are going to just try Floride and Zylitol. Just watching his intake of sweets and making sure to brush before and after bottles. And Lots Of Water To Drink! Over all they did well. It cost us $180.00 because we don't have dental insurance. So I think that we need to get a dentist in the family.
