Trey's First Hair Cut 6-25-12

My mom has been wanting to give Trey a hair cut for awhile and when he woke up from a nap with really bad hair and was being happy she said," Let's just cut it." Here is the before....

Mason eye 6-24-12

My bought a skate board and was riding it when some how it came up and hit him in the eye..... He was so scared to look because he thought it would be a really big cut. He was the eye the next day.....

Meeting Great Grandpa Norton 6-23-12

My grandpa never met the twins so we met at Casa and enjoyed some mexican food. My dads brother Eddy & Lisa, and then Davy & Brenda and their daughter Delaney & Tyrel, and Eldon were there also.  Molli came and brought Harper for a quick photo also. It was alot of fun!

Due West Concert 6-21-12

We went to the Due West concert on Thursday night. The boys were so excited to go. When we got there they were having fun and then Chase got sleepy and wanted to leave. But he stuck it out. Mason had fun and toward the end my mom and him went down to the stage and he got to touch the hands of Brad Hull and Tim Gates. Matt Lopez walked by on the other side. That made Masons night.

A visit to Thatcher

Fathers day weekend 6-16-12 we went to Thatcher for the day to meet up with some of our cousins. We went Crawdad fishing.... and just playing with everyone...

We had alot of fun with Ella, Ashton, Brody, Uncle Brandon, Aunt Amanda and Grandma & Grandpa Sparks

Burnt Towel

This past week has been a very strange week. First off we are having to live at my parents house in Duncan until our house finishes being built. We are here until the end of July. So the first week we were all trying to adjust to living with someone else and not having our dad/husband around. Then the second week the boys were trying to see what they could get away with and what rules they needed to follow. Then my parents were gone for about 4 days and then BAD LUCK set in. First my parents electricty went out around the first week. Then when my parents were gone their air conditioning went out. Then this past week my boys were playing in the sprinklers and broke a sprinkler. Then they found some mud and threw mud at the house. Then the next day they were playing hockey in the kitchen and Chase got pushed into the trash can denting the trash. Then it was toward dinner time and I was going to be putting a frozen pizza in the oven when there was a towel on top of the stove. As I opened the stove and grabbed the pizza the towel fell in and started a fire.  It scared me so bad I didn't know what to do that I just turned off the oven and yelled Fire. My mom came running down the stairs and got the towel out. Then my mom went out to my grandmas house and on her way back up the hill she backed into her pickup truck. Lets just say she is ready for our house to be finished.

Cousin Harper

We got to meet our New Cousin Harper Lyn Norton! She is so cute.... The boys thought it was fun to hold a new baby....

Mason in the Tree

Mason has enjoyed having trees to climb in...

Shaley is Crawling 6-18-12

Shaley has started to army crawl every where....and Trey is watching her close. He gets up and looks like he will crawl and then he just flops forward.....

Tonsils 6-8-12

Before we moved to Duncan we had an appointment set up for Chase to get his tubes, tonsils, and adenoides taken out in Flagstaff. We stayed the night before in a hotel and then got their bright and early at 6am. Chase did not want to put the gown on but he finally did it. He did great and recovered really well.

FATHERS DAY 6-17-12

This fathers day we were still in Duncan and I wanted a photo and of course we were rushed for church so this was the best one. But hey it shows the kids personality (atleast Chase). The boys made cards for their dad at church and Chase's teacher brought a bag of powder donuts for the kids to give to their dads. He was so excited to give that to him and then for Darren to share. We Love our dad!

Trey teeth

Trey got teeth about the first of May and I realized I didn't write down the date. I guess the twin thing is wearing on me because I document one and thing forget about the other. Any ways he is very cute with he NEW TEETH!

Tonsils out and Tubes in

On June 8 Chase was lucky enough to get his tonsils out and tubes back in. We went on Thursday because Mason wanted to be able to play in his last baseball game. Which they won and so they were undefeated. We stay in a hotel and Darren and I got up early and drove Chase to Flagstaff. Dr Downs would do the surgery. Chase did not want to sit on the bed at first or change his clothes. He was nervous. I don't blame him because he knew what was going to happen. Everry thing went well and the nurse was so surprised at how fast he chewed on ice and drank. He has done really well. Woke up with a fever every day and has a hard time drinking. We go back for a check up on June 19. Hopefully he is completely healed by then but I do know he will have scabs on his throat.

Feeding the horses

Today the boys helped my grandpa out with the feeding of the horses. They had so much fun going to my grandparents house. After the horses were feed my grandpa took them on a walk. Chase and Mason had so much fun.

Trey has cried a lot. Shaley has learned to be fussy and loud like Trey.  Mason has had to help out and we have had to make up games. We have gone to the local bakery, gone to the craft shop, ate hamburgers from a local restaurant. Mason went to library day and Chase went to get groceries. I think we have done everything there is to do here in these last couple of days. We will see what the rest of summer brings for us.

DisneyLand May 29-30

We went to Disney Land with Darren's parents and left the twins at my moms house. We had alot of fun... and want to go back soon.....
