June 8 2013 Saturday

This day is important because on this day our oldest son Mason got Baptized. We have stake baptisms so we were assigned the 11am time. There was a lot of other boys getting baptized at the same time but from our ward there was only 2 (Mason & Zach). We didn't have to do anything for it since it was Stake. We had a good turn out of family come support him. Afterwards we went back to our house and had sandwiches and visited. It was a fun day!

Fathers Day June 16

We had a low key Father's Day. We let Darren sleep in. The boys made Darren these candy cards and we got him some flip flops and 2 shirts. We went to church where he got another candy bar. After church we had Brandt and his family over for home made ice cream.  The kids enjoyed making the ice cream. (No photos I forgot) 

Toes

Shaley got her toes painted and loved them. Of course Trey wanted to be next (along with the other boys secretly wanting too)

Mason's 8th birthday

May 28 was Mason's 8th birthday. It was very low key. We new that June 8 he would get baptized and we would have lots of people over. Bad parents this year for no friends party. He woke up and we got Krispy Kreme Donuts for breakfast. Darren had to work so we opened present before he left and just had a normal day until the night we went over to Brandt's house to swim and have cake with his family. 

Water Fun

Since it has been Deathly hot what better way to stay cool than WATER. Everybody loved getting wet. We did the slip n slide and then the grass ended up flooding in one end of the yard and so Shaley hung out there. 

Cub Scouts

Mason just turned eight and right after his birthday was the Cub Scout day camp. (May 31- June 1) He was so excited to attend it. I wanted a photo in his uniform and right before I could take the photo Trey wanted to join in the fun. Mason said the camp was super fun.
