ZOO trip with friends

We have some awesome friends who have zoo passes and invited us to go with them in the morning before the crowds came. This time I decided to let the twins out of the stroller. They loved the splash pad. 

Graduation for Preschool

On May 22 Chase finished his preschool years at Mrs. Johnson's preschool. He was glad to graduate but he does not want to go to Kindergarten. I hope he changes his mind or else it will be another long school year. For their graduation they sang songs and told us what they learned. 

Cottonwood

We went to Cottonwood this weekend to sign papers for our rents to stay another year. We decided to make it a little vacation and stay in a motel. We got to see some of our friends. But the boys really wanted to swim. So the jacuzzi was the warmer way to go. The pool water was cold. It was windy there also so when you got out it was even chilly. We all had a good time and the boys of course were sad to leave.  

Father and Sons

May 3 was fathers and sons camp out with our new ward. They went above Payson. It was about a 2 1/2 hour drive. The boys weren't looking forward to that drive. In Friday I took Mason out of school early so they would be able to get up there in time to play before it got dark. The boys had a lot of fun.  Here are the photos I found on Darren's phone.   

May 12 2013 Sunday

This day was Mother's Day and my 30th birthday! The night before Darren and I went out to eat with Jenny and Mike. We had been given Applebee's gift cards for coaching baseball. So we decided to eat their. Darren got ribs and I got a salad. Well after we left he said he wasn't feeling that well but nothing happened. Then I guess in the middle of the night he work up still feeling sick. Well when morning came do did the throwing up. So he was sick in bed the whole day. Not what I was looking forward to. So lets just say this birthday is one I wish to not remember.  The boys did make me a candy card that made me laugh. 

Baseball is over

Last night May 8 2013 was the last game for the boys. After their games they each got a pin. This was different since we were used to getting trophies. Well the boys had fun and I am glad to have it over with so we can have our evenings again. Here's to seeing what the next sport we play is. 

A girl and her purse

Shaley got a purse and loves to wear it along with her bracelets. She has a funny smile here but that's what she's been doing lately. Being silly.

Diamondbacks game

Our friends from Cottonwood the Wills had some extra tickets to the game on Wednesday night and invited us to join them. We got a sitter and watch till the end of the 7th ending because it was already past 9pm. It's was so much fun seeing them. We can't wait for Christine come stay with us this summer for a few days. The boys liked seeing her and I know Trey will be happy. The diamondbacks ended up loosing. But when we left they were winning.
