It is always nice when it is the end of the season for a sport and we get to celebrate it! Tball is now over and Mason had a BLAST! We went to the park and had pizza and cake. The kids ran and played tag and just enjoyed themselves. It was alot of fun watching Mason play tball. Everytime the game was over Mason would say "we won" even though they let everyone stay on the bases and didn't keep score. Here's to the Dodgers, way to go!

Mason's 5th birthday party

We had Mason's 5th birthday party 5-20-2010 because we will be gone on his birthday! We had a spiderman party because they were the only invitations we found and just went with it for the theme. Playing an egg relay race: Patrick, Davis, Shacee, Mason, Thomas, Spencer

The party consisted of eating pizza and then playing games of pin the tail on the donkey, hot potatoe, don't eat pete, egg relay race, and then the jumping castle! The party was from 11:30-1:30 and toward the end we were out of things to do that we had to just let them play with toys. Mason had alot of fun and we were able celebrate! Mason did tell me when he woke up: "Mom I don't look any different, I thought I would look older"! too funny.....

Chases new thing....

Chases new thing in life is to copy his brother! He wants to wear the same clothes, do the same thing and just be with him! Mason was playing basketball when his brother copied him.......

It is so funny to watch Chase copying him, he thinks that he is so cool and funny!

MASON GRADUATES..... preschool!

May 19/2010 was Mason's preschool graduation from flip city gym n learn! It has been the best thing for him and now he is ready for Kindergarten which starts Aug. 4th. Here are alot of pictures....... Walking to get his Diploma..... I think that he wasn't sure what to do with his arms.......

Mason is flipping in the background! He loves doing the gymnastics and wants to learn how to flip and swing on the bars better. We will have to see if he has extra time now after school to do those things.

Just for fun

This is how I found Chase watching TV! He has been sick and so he will only eat popsicles. So here he is eating one with Mason's hate on that he put this way and thought it was so funny that he put it on sideways. He is always making us laugh.
He was suppose to be taking a nap and had been in his room for about an hour when I went to get him and see if he would lay with me in my bed. But all he would do is say "night night" and then snore and then look at me and laugh. He thought that he was so funny.

Fun weekend 5-1-10

We went to thatcher for the temple open house and for the weekend. They had a Cinco de mayo parade that we went to. This bus was one of the entries and it just really looked Mexican... Watching the Parade.....

Then we went to the park for lunch and it was so WINDY but Chase enjoyed eating the chips.

We decorated sugar cookies and then played at the park.

Mason got to jump on the trampoline that he loves to do and he wishes we had one!

I could not believe that he would find a little patch of mud and water and get so dirty from it...

What can I say he had a lot of fun. Darren's cousin Jake and his family were in Thatcher as well and so Mason had lots of people to play with. He really liked them and can' t wait to see them again. The temple was pretty and very small. We took Mason and left Chase with my mom so that we could enjoy it better. We were glad that we were able to go to Thatcher since it had been since Christmas.

It's Spiderman and Chase

Today at preschool they did face painting and Mason chose Spiderman.... This is what I saw when I went to pick him up from school....

Chase finally got his haircut and he looks like a different kid. We weren't sure how he would do because the last time was bad. But she had her clippers where no hair fell on him so he sat still and she worked fast.

Chase just went to the doctor for his 2 year check up and he is 33lbs and 35 1/2 inches. He wears a size 8 shoe and a size 3t, he is our big boy. He is starting to talk alot and it is so much fun to hear how he says the things we tell him to say. He is getting alot better with his behavior as well. We just love both of our boys very much.

Side note for journaling: I signed Mason up for kindergarten which starts Aug 4 and it kind of made me sad to think that our little baby is growing so fast. They do all day from 8-2:30pm so it will be nice to be alone with Chase but it is hard to know that things will never be the same.
