Grand"Parent" day

The boys had grandparents day on Friday for Chase and then Monday for Mason. Since their grandparents couldn't come they wanted me to come have lunch with them. It was fun to see their friends and see them during lunch.

Soccer

Soccer season has started. Mason decided instead of flag football to play soccer. Yesterday was their first game and it was HOT! He said I was dieing. Luckily he was able to score 3 goals. Then the second Haley of the game he played goalie. Chase also had his first game. He is getting better and better at soccer. He is in his friends team so that makes it fun for Chase.

Labor Day we went to Brandon and Amanda's cabin. It was a fun time their. The kids liked exploring. We went into town to ride the go carts and to do a little miniature golf. It was nice to be in cooler weather.

Mason and Chase Glassses

I took the boys to the eye dr because Mason had started complaining of headaches. My friend said instead of going to the pediatrician first go to the eye dr. So I took both boys. Chase needs glasses for reading. While Mason got bifocals to help with seeing his homework better. Along with needing to see the board. Hopefully that helps the headaches out. But they both picked similar styles. Chases was a special so it didn't cost me very much. Masons though were expensive of the lenses and then the frames. Here's to hoping their eye sight gets better.
